Charlotte Debeugny is:

Qualified

She has a first class Masters in Food, Nutrition and Health from the University College of Dublin, as well as a BSc in Nutritional Therapy and a diploma in Clinical Nutrition.

Registered and Insured

Charlotte is fully insured and a member of the professional organisation BANT (British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy). Charlotte is registered with and regulated by the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council) in the UK.

Professional

She works in Dr Bache’s medical clinic at Paris and at Pilates Ouest, a wellness centre at Fourqueux.  She also works closely with other medical professionals and psychotherapists in and around Paris.

Charlotte’s fully proficient in French (and obviously English!)

Charlotte spent 14 years working in finance before switching careers to study nutrition. She truly understands the difficulty of balancing a busy professional life with a healthy lifestyle.  She’s also a mother of 3 children and has first-hand experience (cough!) of the challenges of supporting children in eating a healthy and balanced diet.

Charlotte is also a ‘gourmande’ in the true sense of the word and a firm believer that healthy food can and should taste delicious.

Charlotte’s aim is to provide you with relevant and practical nutrition advice which helps you to achieve your dietary goals.Her advice is firmly based on the latest nutrition and scientific research which she will personalise and adapt to suit your needs.

*Note: Charlotte is a nutritionist, but not a medical doctor. She will always refer you onto other medical professionals for diagnosis and medical treatment of health problems. While she is not ‘conventionné’ in France, the cost of her consultations are reimbursable by some private healthcare insurers.
