Thrive II- Nutrition and Yoga (4 week Package)

A 4 week yoga and nutrition package to help you 'shine'!

This 4 week package consists of 3 nutrition consultations, 1 cooking session and 4 yoga practices (8 hours) which can take place online (via zoom, skype or whatsapp) or in person at Charlotte's medical centre in Paris.

The first nutrition consultation can be booked using the booking calendar and the cooking session, yoga practices and other nutrition consultations can be booked directly with Charlotte during the 4 week period. Do not hesitate to contact

Never done yoga before and struggle to touch your knees?! Or an experienced 'Bendy Wendy'?! Charlotte will adapt the yoga practices to suit all levels, taking into account any injuries or health issues as necessary to ensure your yoga practice is safe, fun and enjoyable!

The cooking session and yoga practices, can, at your request be recorded and sent to you so you can access them at any time during and after the 4 weeks.

  1. Three nutrition consultations

    Initial nutrition consultation (duration 1 hr). A comfortable hour discussing your nutrition objectives with Charlotte who will use her 'magic wand' (!) to create a series of menu plans which meet your personal dietary requirements and goals.

    Follow up nutrition consultation #1 ( duration 1 hour). A nutrition consultation at the end of 2 weeks to review how everything is going and adjust the menu plans. This consultation will introduce behaviour change, with advice and guidance for implementing long term healthy habits.

    Follow up nutrition consultation #2 ( duration 1 hour). A check in consultation at the end of the 4 weeks to review how everything is going and set some longer term objectives based around healthy food habits. The aim of this consultation is to ensure you have all the tools and information necessary to stay on track with your nutrition goals.

  2. Four yoga practices (each practice lasts 1 hour)

    2 x 'Awaken': Vinyasa yoga flow . Two vinyasa style yoga flows moving through stretching and breathing exercises, a fun flow and then a series of relaxing postures before moving into a guided relaxation.

    2 x 'Unwind' : Gentle yoga flow. Two restorative flows with a focus on gentle stretching, breathing exercises, mediation and a deep relaxation which is perfect for the end of the day or before bed.

  3. Cooking Session (duration 1 hour)

    Food should be fun! We will prepare and cook 2 meals of your choice and Charlotte will demonstrate how to adapt the ingredients and portion sizes so they are aligned with your objectives. She can also do a review of your food cupboards, suggesting additional ingredients which suit your tastes and budget in order to 'funk up your food'. Healthy food can and should taste delicious!
