Even through this lockdown I’ve kept through the dieting and exercising a lot. Worked with intermittent fasting for a while with 3 meals but now I do it with only 2.
As well as that I’ve been running a lot, now running 10k some 5-6 times a week. And officially today is the first Monday under 90kgs (89.9). Which is a big drop from 104 kgs. Currently aiming for 85kg as that was my original goal.
